VILLA KORE
Villa Kore is a small exclusive property located in an enviable position in Capo Vaticano, just 1.5 km from the incredible local beaches. Immersed in a beautiful green area of about 3000 sqm, Villa Kore consists of four modern and bright holiday apartments distributed over two villas, accommodating up to 17 people in total.
It is the perfect destination to spend holidays with a group of friends or with family, enjoying privacy in a unique atmosphere.
Each apartment, of different sizes, is furnished with typical Mediterranean style and built with high-quality materials, ensuring the perfect balance between comfort and functionality. The apartment interiors feature classic Mediterranean colors, blue, turquoise, and white, and each has a private terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Villa Kore offers a total of 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 4 kitchens.
At the center of the property, there is a large swimming pool (12x6m) with an outdoor shower, a tennis court with a plastic surface, and ample parking. The garden is equipped with beautiful plants, a fish pond, and a fountain. In addition, there is a large stone barbecue and a laundry room with a washing machine for communal use (available for a small supplement). All apartments have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV, as well as a convenient kitchen. Bars, grocery stores, and restaurants are within walking distance or a five-minute drive.
In the center of the residence, there is a communal area with a wood-fired oven and an open barbecue, where convivial evenings with barbecue and pizza are organized. For an additional fee, a delicious breakfast prepared with regional and homemade products can be requested directly in the apartment.
For an additional cost of 30 euros per week, a rental service is available for families with children, including a crib, high chair, and bathtub. Small dogs are allowed at a price of 70 euros per week. To ensure the maximum comfort of your pet, we will provide a dog cushion and two bowls for their needs.
